Return & Refund Policy

At CYCLEXT, we are committed to ensuring that your cycling gear meets your expectations. If your order arrives defective or damaged, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.


1. Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective due to a factory fault or is damaged in transit, you are eligible for a free return within 7 days of delivery.

To start the return process, please email us at contact.cyclext@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

📌 Note: Items reported after 7 days may not qualify for a free return.


2. Returns for Personal Reasons

Due to logistical constraints and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns for personal reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or fit
  • Compatibility issues

This policy ensures the safety and integrity of products like gloves, helmets, and bottles, which come into direct contact with the body.


3. How to Request a Return

Please email contact.cyclext@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond with return instructions and the correct return address (U.S. or EU-based, depending on your location).

📦 Do not send any item back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product:

  • Request a refund for the original item
  • Place a new order separately

🚚 Shipping charges will apply to new orders.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Gloves
  • Helmets
  • Bottles
  • Any personal gear that comes into direct contact with the body

Additionally, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Final sale items
  • Free gifts
  • Used, damaged, or installed products
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or manuals

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund covers product price only (shipping costs are not refunded)
  • Processing time: 5–14 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

7. Important Notes

  • Returns without prior authorization will be refused
  • Items not meeting return conditions may be sent back at your expense
  • We do not accept Freight To Collect (FTC) or Cash-On-Delivery (COD) returns
  • Please double-check your parcel before shipping — we are not responsible for incorrect items sent to us

8. Non-Delivery Guarantee

We stand behind every shipment. If your order does not arrive within 90 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

To claim a refund for non-delivery:

  • Email us at contact.cyclext@gmail.com with your order number and proof of non-delivery (e.g. tracking showing no movement or failed delivery).
  • After verification, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

📌 Note: Orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier or local postal system are not eligible for this guarantee unless clear evidence of non-delivery is provided.
