❓ How do I place an order?
💬 Choose your item, click “Add to Cart”, then go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Make sure to enter accurate shipping details and select the correct Shipping Method to ensure the fastest delivery.
❓ Can I change or modify my order after placing it?
💬 We currently do not support changing or editing an order once it has been placed. If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist before your order is processed. Once the order is shipped or being prepared by our suppliers, changes are no longer possible.
❓ I didn’t receive an order confirmation email – what should I do?
💬 Confirmation emails are usually sent within a few minutes. If you don’t see one:
- Check your Spam or Promotions folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email
- Contact us and we’ll resend the confirmation manually

💬 Handling time is 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.
❓ Do you offer international shipping?

❓ Can I track my order?

❓ What happens if my package doesn’t arrive?
💬 If your item hasn’t arrived within 90 days, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us and we’ll make it right.
❓ Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
💬 This depends on the local courier. In most cases, deliveries are made on business days only.

❓ What is your return policy?
💬 You can return defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. For personal reasons (like change of mind or wrong size), returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging.
Note: Return shipping for personal reasons is paid by the customer.
❓ How do I request a return?
💬 Simply email us at contact.cyclext@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if needed). We’ll send you the return instructions.
❓ Do you offer free returns?
💬 Only for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns for personal reasons are not free.
❓ Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
💬 We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order separately.
❓ How long does it take to get my refund?
💬 Once your returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–14 business days to your original payment method.
❓ What items are non-returnable?
💬 Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for gloves, helmets, bottles, or any worn-on-body gear. Also, items marked as final sale or free gifts are non-returnable.
❓ What if my order hasn’t arrived after a long time?
💬 If your order doesn’t arrive within 90 days, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just email us with your order number and proof of non-delivery.
