❓ How do I place an order?

💬Choose your item, click “Add to Cart”, then go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Make sure to enter accurate shipping details and select the correct Shipping Region to ensure the fastest delivery.

❓Can I change or modify my order after placing it?

💬We currently do not support changing or editing an order once it has been placed. If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist before your order is processed. Once the order is shipped or being prepared by our suppliers, changes are no longer possible.

❓ I didn’t receive an order confirmation email – what should I do?

• Make sure you entered the correct email
• Contact us and we’ll resend the confirmation manually
