  • Defective or damaged items can be returned free of charge within 7 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date. Please include clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer’s responsibility.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened personal-use items (such as gloves, helmets, or bottles) cannot be returned.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please request a refund and place a new order.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, covering the product price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Processing time: 5–14 business days.

  • Unauthorized returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

  • We are not responsible for incorrectly returned items and may return them at the sender’s expense.
